Is it important to buy the right inverter for the solar power system?
Any solar power system connected with different electrical components like ACDB, DCDB, inverter, and Solar panels. But is it important to buy the right inverter? yes. In India, there are three types of inverters such as (1) String Inverters, (2) Power optimizers, and (3)Micro Inverters. All these three types of inverters are different due to their feature. generally, all inverter’s working process is the same. it converts the solar panel system-generated power from direct current(DC) to Alternating current(AC). For different motives, we need different types of inverters.
1. String Inverter

This type of inverter is less expensive and used in the industry. ya! This is a standard inverter. But it performs best when you don’t have encroaching shade from trees or houses/big chimneys. It is also good if all solar panels are facing sunlight in the same direction.
It is one of the centralized inverters because it has one central currency exchange station.
Advantages of string inverters
- It has the lowest cost of all other types
- It is also a standard inverter
- It works well when no shade restriction
Disadvantages of string inverter
- If any panel was damaged, the allover production will be decreased
- No greater output if all panels are facing different directions
- If power consumption capacity increases, you add a second string inverter.
2. Power Optimizer

A power optimizer is more suitable than a string inverter and also more cost-efficient than a micro-inverter setup.
Power optimizer inverters are used between both string inverters and micro inverters in their functioning and pricing
Advantages of power optimizer
- Each panel monitoring is easy
- More efficient than a string
- Less cost than micro-inverter setup
Disadvantages of power optimizer
- It has also a higher installation cost
- No requirement to face all panels in the same direction
3. Micro-Inverter

We received some hints from the name “Mcro-Inverter”. micro means small. Usually, This type of inverter is built with each solar panel. which are in small units. The benefit of this inverter is each panel becomes independent of itself. If any one panel is covered by shade the whole day. All remaining panels’ efficiency will be not affected by this one panel and it is also easy to find the problem in any one panel with the help of individual micro-units built with the panel. It can be easy to monitor the performance of each individual panel.
If you want to increase power usage, then it is easy in a microinverter system. due to being less expensive and you just need to add a panel and inverter.
Advantages of micro-inverter
- Each panel monitoring is easy
- Good for rooftops where solar panels may face different directions.
- Individual shade effect will not affect the whole power output
- Add more power is less expensive than sting inverter
Disadvantages of micro-inverter
- Higher initial installation cost
- Not required all panels facing in the same direction.
We also give some notice points when you buy any solar inverter.
First, you should check the efficiency rate of the inverter, Then know about the warranty period. and after that check the operating temperatures.
Ferus energy co. offer the best solar inverter as per the customer’s requirement with a high-efficiency rate and low cost and the feature of a long warranty period. so it is easy to install an inverter with a solar PV system.

Hello Friends! Go green, Go solar. Solar energy we generally call sun-generated radiation or heat is used in the form of power. Well! today’s burning issue is inconsistency in the power supply of electricity. In INDIA there are lots of villages facing this issue now. Our government tries to fill the gap in electricity restriction barriers. They want to resolve this issue by exploring new renewable energy sources and one of them is solar energy. But lots of people did not aware of Solar Energy and How to use it at the optimal level.
